PARKINSON'S CAN DANCE
BalletBoyz has been offering bespoke dance classes for people living with Parkinson's since 2015.
Weekly sessions take place at our studios in Kingston-Upon-Thames, in which participants enjoy dance and live music in a supportive and creative environment. Classes are led by specialist dance artists and musicians. No previous dance experience is required and carers, friends and partners are welcome to attend for free.​​​​

Supplementing the weekly Parkinson’s CAN Dance classes, regular cultural activities take place, which includes seeing live dance performances at theatres including the Royal Opera House and Kingston’s Rose Theatre, and cinema trips to watch BalletBoyz on the big screen. ​

​As well as our in-person classes, we offer a range of Parkinson's CAN Dance video classes. These video classes are packed with a combination of fun and joyful dance exercises, broken down into manageable chunks, creatively designed so that you can enjoy our classes at home.
These video classes are available online via our video dance platform, moovbank.com, and also on DVD. ​​​​​
